A grown man was looking for a home that combined practicality and personality. Thus, this old two-story house, located in the traditional Rosa dos Ventos condominium in the Jardim Independência neighborhood of Ribeirão Preto, received an interior design project in the living areas, transforming these more convivial spaces into a welcoming and cozy space.

The modifications to the property were extensive, as the house's foundation was modified. The flooring was replaced with gray ceramic tile, the window frames were replaced with black metal for a modern touch. The countertops were changed to travertine marble, and the walls were finished in light tones. The wood, with a slightly darker tone in the furniture and the black of the metalwork, brought warmth and a more understated character to the space. Furthermore, green tones were incorporated into several decor areas to complete the project with a unique personality.
