A young couple with a young child were looking for a space to welcome guests and enjoy family time outdoors. Thus, the Terra veranda emerged at the back of the property in the Ouro Verde condominium in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo.

The space was completely renovated, requiring new plumbing and electrical installations, roofing, and finishes. The design concept stemmed from the couple's own lifestyle, as they favor darker, more industrial spaces. To bring a lighter touch to the space, the floor and walls are lighter, while the stone and window frames are dark. Certain items were prioritized to draw focal attention to the space and reinforce the welcoming atmosphere they desired. Therefore, the log table was the main element of this veranda. Additionally, outside, a garden with robust vegetation, ambient light, and comfortable chairs was created to provide a space for continuity within the project.
