Located in the Perdizes neighborhood of São Paulo, this compact 25m² apartment was designed to meet the needs of a woman who travels frequently for work and sought a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The challenge was to create a functional space that reflected her dynamic lifestyle but could also be used as an Airbnb during her absences. Every detail was carefully considered to balance practicality and comfort, with finishes that evoke the feeling of being at home.

The neutral palette, punctuated by subtle touches of green, gives the project its identity, while the materials and textures reinforce the idea of an elegant, welcoming, and timeless environment.
